Butcher held for killing Bangladesh MP despatched to 12-day police custody

A Bangladeshi nationwide arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the West Bengal Police in reference to the homicide of Bangladesh MP Md. Anwarul Azim Anar in Kolkata was despatched to 12 days of police custody by a metropolis courtroom on Friday.

The suspect, Jihad Hawladar, 24, is an unlawful immigrant from Bangladesh, in accordance with the CID.
