Russia has changed the top of its navy, state media confirmed on March 19, after experiences the earlier naval chief had been sacked for repeatedly shedding Black Sea warships to Ukrainian assaults.

The former commander of Russia’s Northern Fleet Alexander Moiseyev has been appointed appearing commander-in-chief, changing outgoing Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov, who had been in publish since May 2019, the RIA information company reported.
