Russia’s Defence Ministry says Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 195 prisoners of warfare every.

The Russian Defence Ministry stated the swap was performed on Wednesday.

The announcement got here per week after Russia alleged that Ukrainian forces shot down a army transport airplane carrying Ukrainian prisoners of warfare who had been to be swapped for Russian POWs.
