It says U.S. sanctions towards Putin may ‘rupture ties’
The Kremlin on Thursday gave a bleak evaluation of Russia’s safety talks with the United States and NATO this week, describing them as “unsuccessful” and saying there was disagreement on basic points.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov additionally mentioned Moscow considered a sweeping sanctions Bill unveiled by U.S. Senate Democrats “extremely negatively” and as stress ways.
“Introducing sanctions against a head of state is crossing a line and comparable to a rupture of ties,” Mr. Peskov mentioned.
